1. З метою отримання товару вчасно, якісно, доступно і з метою безперебійної діяльності автотранспорту Покупця - «достатньою кількістю АЗС» в розумінні Покупця є мінімум 1 АЗС у межах Мукачівського району на відстані не більше 4 кілометрів від м. Свалява вул. .Шевченка ,22 на яких може здійснюватись заправлення пальним по талонах . Талони мають забезпечувати Покупця можливість отримати товар (прийматись до заправки пальним на АЗС), днем отримання талонів є дата отримання таких талонів. 2. Підчас підписання Договору Постачальник надає Замовнику інформацію (довідку у довільній формі ) щодо кінцевого бенефеціарного власника юридичної особи відповідно до вимог законодавства України 3. Постачальник надає довідку в довільній формі , що товар який постачається за цим Договором , не має походження або будь яким чином переміщений транзитом з території російської федерації (країни агресора) та республіки білорусі ,та ісламської республіки іран.
