Predmet ovog postupka javne nabavke je nabavka azotnog uparivača organskih rastvarača za potrebe Sektora laboratorija za vode. U Laboratoriji su akreditirane metode za određivanje organohlornih i organofosfornih pesticida, PAH-ova, mineralnih i ukupnih ulja u površinskim, podzemnim i otpadnim vodama. Vodene uzorke potrebno je pripremiti ekstrakcijom na čvrstoj fazi za analize pomenutih analita, nakon čega se ekstrakti uparavaju do suha. Prije ekstrakcije uzoraka vrši se priprema kertridža koja obuhvata ispiranje i kondicioniranje, nakon čega slijedi propuštanje uzorka i eluiranje analita. Dobijeni ekstrakti se potom uparavaju do suha u struji azota sa postojećim sistemima za uparavanje. Zbog konstantnog povećanja monitoring mjesta a samim tim i broja uzoraka, potrebno je nabaviti nove sisteme za uparavanje.
