Na sequência do procedimento CP-001-CCP-2026 - Aquisição de Produtos Alimentares, publicado através do Anúncio de Procedimento n.º 12860/2026, de 19 de maio de 2026, o Lote 2 - Frutas e Legumes ficou deserto, por não ter sido apresentada qualquer proposta. Mantém-se a necessidade de aquisição dos produtos que integram o referido lote, pelo que se torna necessário recorrer a um procedimento de ajuste direto, nos termos do artigo 24.º, n.º 1, alínea a), do CCP.
