Der vorliegende Ingenieurauftrag betrifft Umweltüberwachungsleistungen zwischen den Phasen SIA 41 und 53 für zwei Bauabschnitte: - Errichtung eines Systems zur Ableitung und Aufbereitung von Fahrbahnwasser - Sanierung von Gewölben; - Instandhaltung und Ausbau der Anschlussstelle Vennes; Diese Arbeiten finden auf dem Teilabschnitt TP2 (km 07,540 bis 11,800) im Rahmen des Projekts UPlaNS N09 Vennes - Chexbres statt. Diese Leistungen umfassen hauptsächlich: - Allgemeine Leistungen (Unterstützung und fachliche Beratung, spezifische Schulungen, periodische Berichte, Teilnahme an Sitzungen usw.) - Zusammenfassung der Umweltanforderungen, Massnahmenplan - Leistungen für die Ausschreibungsphasen (Erstellung von Umweltdokumenten, Prüfung der Angebote usw.) - Ausführungsprojekte: Unterstützung des Bauherrn und des Projektverfassers - Umweltüberwachung während der Bauausführung - Umweltabnahme der Bauarbeiten - Leistungen für die Inbetriebnahmephase (Abschlussbericht usw.) - Überwachung der Wirksamkeit der Umweltmassnahmen über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten.
