Das ASTRA schreibt für das Los Nord, das die von den der Filiale Estavayer-le-Lac (F1) unterstellten Gebietseinheiten I und IX betriebenen Abschnitte umfasst, folgende Dienstleistungen aus: - Prüfung und Begleitung von Projekten Dritter; - Technische Unterstützung der Baupolizei. Das ASTRA muss über alle Projekte Dritter informiert werden, die den Betrieb des Nationalstrassennetzes potenziell beeinflussen könnten, und diese prüfen und begleiten. Dabei handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Projekte, die innerhalb oder in der Nähe des Nationalstrassenperimeters durchgeführt werden und das Nationalstrassennetz direkt beeinflussen.
