Road 848 pedestrian and cycling path Koiteli-Huttukyla Part 1, City of Oulu

The City of Oulu, together with the Pohjois-Suomen elinvoimakeskus business centre, is procuring a total contract (KU) for phase 1 construction of a pedestrian and cycling path along road 848 between Koiteli and Huttukyla, according to a construction plan prepared by the contracting parties.
