Dans le cadre de sa stratégie d’électrification de ses flottes de bus, les transports publics de la région lausannoise (tl) poursuivent le développement de leurs infrastructures et outils de gestion de la recharge électrique.   Les tl exploitent une plateforme de supervision industrielle basée sur PCVue, utilisée notamment pour le pilotage et la supervision de différents équipements techniques. Afin d’accompagner la montée en puissance de la mobilité électrique, cette plateforme doit évoluer pour intégrer des fonctionnalités de gestion de la recharge des véhicules (Charging Management System - CMS).   Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de prestations de développement logiciel, d’intégration et d’assistance technique en régie, destinées à faire évoluer la solution ChargeOps (CMS), à intégrer les infrastructures de recharge et à assurer son interopérabilité avec les systèmes d’information existants des tl.
