Description

Der Autobahnabschnitt A22 Liestal - Lausen wurde in den Jahren 1970 bis 1977 abschnittsweise in Betrieb genommen. Mit dem Inkrafttreten des neuen Netzbeschlusses (NEB) wurde die ehemals kantonale Hochleistungsstrasse H22 per 1. Januar 2020 in das Nationalstrassennetz überführt. Seither liegen Betrieb und Unterhalt der A22 in der Zuständigkeit des Bundesamts für Strassen (ASTRA). Nach über 50-jähriger Betriebsdauer weist der Autobahnabschnitt einen entsprechenden Erhaltungsbedarf auf. Gemäss heutigem Planungsstand ist vorgesehen, die A22 zwischen Liestal und Lausen voraussichtlich ab dem Jahr 2031 instand zu setzen. Lokal begrenzte Vorausmassnahmen (VoMa) sind nach aktuellem Kenntnisstand im Jahr 2028 vorgesehen. Mit der vorgesehenen Instandsetzung sollen die Funktionstüchtigkeit sowie die Gebrauchstauglichkeit des Autobahnabschnitts für die kommenden 15 bis 20 Jahre sichergestellt werden. Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Mandats sind die Leistungen Unterstützung I+K der Phase 33 Ausführungsprojekt / Planauflageverfahren (AP) bis und mit der Phase 53 Inbetriebnahme/Abschluss Für den detaillierten Leistungsbeschrieb siehe Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
