Das Projekt N01/42, 46 Verzw. ZH-Nord - Verzw. ZH-Ost - Verzw. Brüttisellen (Kurzform: PZO) sieht die Verminderung der vorhandenen Leistungsengpässe im Bereich der Verzweigung Brüttisellen bis zur Verzweigung Zürich-Ost und die Verbesserung des Verkehrsflusses vor. Dazu sind die Einrichtung einer permanenten Pannenstreifenumnutzung (PUN) und diverse bauliche Massnahmen an Trassee und Kunstbauten sowie den Signalportalen inkl. den Betriebs- und Sicherheitsausrüstungen vorgesehen. Weitere Projektbestandteile bilden die Lärmsanierung (Neubau 5 LSW, Ersatzneubau 1 LSW) sowie die Strassenabwasserbehandlung (Neubau 2 SABA). Das vorliegende Mandat für die Hauptarbeiten BSA Los 4.1 Verkehrslenkung (HA BSA Los 4.1 VL) beinhaltet die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Hardware-Komponenten (im Besonderen Lokalsteuerungen, Anlagensteuerungen, Bereichsrechner, Verkehrsdatenerfassung, Wechseltextanzeige, Klemmkästen) als Ergänzung zur bestehenden Verkehrslenkung. Die Steuerung ist gemäss ASTRA-Richtlinie 15 019 «Verkehrstechnische Regelungslogik» und ASTRA Dokumentation 85 019 «Konfiguration und Parametrierung» zu erstellen, um folgende Funktionalitäten zu ermöglichen: - Permanente Pannenstreifenumnutzung (PUN) in diversen Abschnitten - Geschwindigkeitsharmonisierung und Gefahrenwarnung (GHGW) - Fahrstreifenbewirtschaftung (FLS) - Rampenbewirtschaftungen (RDOS) - Verkehrsdatenerfassung (VDE) - Wechseltextanzeige (WTA) - Systemüberwachung und Bedienung
