Description

Lieferung und Montage Sicherheitseinrichtung Tunnel im NS-Perimeter N01-54. Angebot und Realisierung der vorliegenden Ausschreibung TP411 für die Sicherheitseinrichtungen Tunnel erfolgt gemäss Leistungsverzeichnis.   Das TP411 umfasst alle Signalisationen der Sicherheitseinrichtungen in den Tunnels Rosenberg, Schoren, Stephanshorn, St. Fiden sowie in der Galerie Lindental Harzbüchel. Dies beinhaltet bei den SOS-Nischen 54 Stk. innen ausgeleuchtete SOS-Signale und 54 Stk. 4-sprachige SOS-Hinweistafeln. Bei den Notausgängen sind es 38 Stk. grüne Balken inklusive Blitzleuchten (links + rechts) und 38 Stk. innen ausgeleuchtete Fluchtwegsignale.   Die Erschliessung der SOS-Signale erfolgt ab den Alarmkästen (AK) oder WELK-Kabinen der jeweiligen SOS-Nischen. Die Erschliessung der Signalisation Fluchtwegtüren erfolgt direkt ab der Lokalsteuerung (LS) Signalisation der zugeordneten Tunnelzentrale.   Die SOS-Signale, die Notausgang-Signale und die grünen Balken leuchten im Dauerbetrieb und werden nicht geschaltet. Die in den grünen Balken integrierten Blitzleuchten werden im Endzustand von der LS Signalisation über die Tunnelreflexe angesteuert. Bis die neue LS Signalisation in Betrieb ist, allerdings noch wie bisher, über die LS Divers. Die Schnittstelle zu der Signalisation Sicherheitseinrichtungen Tunnels befindet sich für die SOS-Signale bei den Abgangsklemmen im jeweiligen AK oder WELK-Kabine, bei den Fluchtwegtüren bei den Abgangsklemmen der LS Signalisation.   Sämtliche Dienstleistungen (Arbeiten erfolgen gem. Vorgehensplanung. Details gem. Spezifikationen) für das TP411 sind Bestandteil des Auftrags, Zusammenfassung (nicht abschliessend, siehe auch Spezifikationen): Realisierungspflichtenheft, technische Bearbeitung/Engineering ganze Anlage, Ausführungsunterlagen, Installationsplanung etc. Montage, Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen, Mitarbeit (Monteur) für weitere Abnahmen des UN TP401 (BZ- und Fkt.-Test vor Ort, tech. Abnahmen mit speziellen Verk.-Führungen, SAT) sämtliche notwendigen Dienstleistungen inkl. allfällige Provisorien und Probebetrieb Rückbau, Demontage und Entsorgung alte Signalisation Sicherheitseinrichtung Projektbesprechungen in St.Gallen und/oder Winterthur Bereinigte Gesamtdokumentation und Garantieleistungen.   Der Unternehmer übernimmt die Schulung/Instruktion der Mitarbeiter der Unterhaltsdienste gemäss Leistungsverzeichnis und Pos. 781.700 der BB BSA.
