Морква свіжа, першого товарного сорту повинна відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7035, встановленими для Моркви. Кожний вид закупленої продукції пакується у тару, яка відповідає діючим стандартам та забезпечує схоронність продукції при перевезенні та зберіганні та має супроводжуватись експертним висновком або протоколом досліження даної продукції та декларацією виробника (або свідоцтвом про якість товару, або якісним посвідченням тощо), яка містить наступну інформацію: - назву та адресу виробника; - назву харчового продукту та іншу інформацію, необхідну для ідентифікації продукту (в т.ч. масу партії); -посилання на санітарні заходи, технічні регламенти або стандарти, відповідність з якими засвідчується; - умови, за яких така відповідність буде підтримуватися (умови транспортування, зберігання та інші умови обігу); - дату видачі, ім'я, підпис та посаду особи, яка видала документ; - посилання на експертні висновки або протоколи досліджень тощо (із вказанням найменування уповноваженої акредитованої лабораторії, номеру та дати) на підставі яких встановлена відповідність товару Ціна на доставку продукції врахована в ціну товару.
