Сіль харчова, кам'яна, помел 1, ґатунок перший має відповідати ДСТУ 3583. Кожний вид закупленої продукції пакується у тару, яка відповідає діючим стандартам та забезпечує схоронність продукції при перевезенні та зберіганні та має супроводжуватись декларацією виробника (або свідоцтвом про якість товару, або якісним посвідченням тощо), яка містить наступну інформацію: - назву та адресу виробника; - назву харчового продукту та іншу інформацію, необхідну для ідентифікації продукту (в т.ч. масу партії); -посилання на санітарні заходи, технічні регламенти або стандарти, відповідність з якими засвідчується; - умови, за яких така відповідність буде підтримуватися (умови транспортування, зберігання та інші умови обігу); - дату видачі, ім'я, підпис та посаду особи, яка видала документ; - посилання на експертні висновки або протоколи досліджень тощо (із вказанням найменування уповноваженої акредитованої лабораторії, номеру та дати) на підставі яких встановлена відповідність товару; - доставка товару врахована в ціну закупівлі.
