Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран. Кожна партія товару має супроводжуватися документами, що підтверджують їх відповідність санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам (документи, що засвідчують якість та безпеку запропонованої продукції, наявність яких передбачена чинним законодавством (посвідчення про якість або декларація виробника або декларація про відповідність або сертифікат відповідності). Доставка продукції здійснюється автотранспортом згідно з Санітарними правилами та наявністю у водіїв, експедиторів, водіїв-експедиторів особових медичних книжок персоналу відповідно до Наказу МОЗ України від 21.02.2013 № 150. Поставка повинна виконуватись транспортом, що спеціально облаштований для перевезення даного товару що є предметом закупівлі, та мати санітарний паспорт. Продукція має постачатися і розвантажуватися транспортом та силами Учасника. Учасник постачає Замовнику товар поступово, дрібними партіями у період дії договору відповідно до наданих заявок. Поставка товару має відбуватись у робочі дні з 08:00 до 17:00.
