Vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 55 straipsnio 10 dalimi ir 45 straipsnio 1 dalies 5 punktu, uždarosios akcinės bendrovės „Ekstra statyba“ ir uždarosios akcinės bendrovės "Vilungės statyba" Mokyklos pastato Alėjos g. 30, Leipalingio mstl., Druskininkų sav. pritaikymo bendruomenės centro veiklai III etapo darbų pirkimui pateikti pasiūlymai atmesti, dalyviams pasiūlius per didelę, perkančiajai organizacijai nepriimtiną kainą. Vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 29 straipsnio 2 dalies 2 punktu atmetus visus pasiūlymus pirkimas laikomas pasibaigusiu.
