Modernisation of the Syratal leisure facility, station building, lot 14 - outdoor facilities around the station

The City of Plauen (Unterer Graben 1, 08523 Plauen, Germany) is procuring outdoor landscaping works as lot 14 of the modernisation of the Syratal leisure facility and station building at Hainstrasse 3, 08523 Plauen. Works include removing old road surfaces and subsoil, supplying and installing site concrete, drainage channels, concrete palisades, kerbs, paving, seating elements, mesh and bar-mat fencing, topsoil, shrubs, ground cover plants and lawn seeding. Estimated quantities include about 44,000 m2 of paving removal and 45,000 m2 of lawn seeding. This is a national restricted tender under VOB (German construction procurement rules). Works should start on 20 July 2026 and be completed by 18 September 2026.
