Description

La présente consultation s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet SARE-BIDE, projet de coopération transfrontalière soutenu par le programme INTERREG VI-A Espagne-France-Andorre (POCTEFA) 2021-2027. Dans ce cadre, Euskal Irratiak conduit un programme d’investissement destiné à moderniser et faire évoluer les infrastructures techniques des radios associatives qu’elle fédère. La consultation a pour objet la fourniture, l’intégration et la mise en service d’une infrastructure audio professionnelle sur IP destinée à moderniser et interconnecter les infrastructures techniques du réseau Euskal Irratiak. Le marché comprend notamment la fourniture des équipements, logiciels et accessoires nécessaires, ainsi que les prestations d’ingénierie, d’installation, de câblage, de configuration, de programmation, d’intégration, de tests et de mise en service. La solution devra notamment permettre l’interconnexion audio entre les différents sites radiophoniques, le transport et l’échange de signaux audio professionnels sur réseau IP, le routage et l’aiguillage des sources audio, le contrôle et la supervision des équipements, le mixage audio en studio ainsi que la mise en œuvre de fonctions de secours et de basculement. L’architecture proposée devra être évolutive et interopérable avec les équipements audio sur IP existants d’Euskal Irratiak et reposer sur une solution de type WheatNet ou Dante. Le titulaire devra fournir une solution complète et fonctionnelle, y compris les éléments complémentaires indispensables à son fonctionnement.
