Description

Mise en place de la dernière technologie d'automate afin d'assurer la communication (4G) et sa sécurisation (cybersécurité). Procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum de 330 000 euro(s) HT, passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14. Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Durée du contrat : 12 mois. Les délais d'exécution ou de livraison des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande. Validité des offres, fixé à 120 jours à compter de la date limite de réception des offres. Le contrat comporte des obligations environnementales régies par les dispositions du CCAG - Fournitures Courantes et Services. Le titulaire devra respecter les éléments indiqués au stade de la consultation dans le cadre du « critère environnemental », pendant l'exécution du marché. Cette consultation pourra faire l'objet d'une négociation
