Durée de l'accord-cadre : 4 ans, à compter du 1er janvier 2027 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2030. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le délai maximal de livraison ne pourra pas excéder 5 jours à compter de la réception du bon de commande. Montant mini : 40 000 euro(s) HT / maxi : 85 000 euro(s) HT Afin d'optimiser l'analyse des offres, les candidats devront OBLIGATOIREMENT fournir des échantillons. Ils devront être livrés avant la date limite de réception des offres à l'adresse suivante : Thionville Fensch Agglomération - Direction Petite Enfance - 4 Avenue Gabriel Lippmann - 57970 YUTZ Les échantillons devront respecter les caractéristiques minimales décrites dans le CCTP et devront correspondre aux articles proposés par le soumissionnaire dans son offre.
