La présente consultation concerne la prestation de missions de levés topographiques et parcellaires sur le territoire du Var. Le marché est décomposé en deux lots : Lot 1 - Prestations topographiques et Lot 2 - Prestations de géomètre-expert. Ce marché est une relance suite à la déclaration sans suite de la procédure précédente N°2025-01-ATD. Var Ingénierie s'est constituée en centrale d'achat au sens de l'article L. 2113-2 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu entre Var Ingénierie-Centrale d'achat et le titulaire de l'accord-cadre. La centrale d'achat Var Ingénierie passe l'accord-cadre au nom et pour le compte de chacune des collectivités territoriales adhérentes à Var Ingénierie-Centrale d'achat, susceptibles de recourir au présent accord-cadre. Le financement des prestations du présent marché sera assuré par les adhérents de Var Ingénierie-Centrale d'achat
