La présente consultation concerne les prestations de diagnostics structurels d'ouvrages d'art. Ce marché est une relance suite à la déclaration sans suite de la procédure précédente N°2026-02-ATD. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire pour une durée d'un an, renouvelable une fois. Var Ingénierie s'est constituée en centrale d'achat au sens de l'article L. 2113-2 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu entre Var Ingénierie-Centrale d'achat et le titulaire de l'accord-cadre. La centrale d'achat Var Ingénierie passe l'accord-cadre au nom et pour le compte de chacune des collectivités territoriales adhérentes à Var Ingénierie-Centrale d'achat, susceptibles de recourir au présent accord-cadre
