Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de réhabilitation (dépollution) au 60 rue de Seine à Vitry-sur-Seine. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le CCTP et ses annexes. Le marché projeté sera conclu à prix mixtes, composé : • D'une partie, traitée à prix forfaitaires (conformément à l'article R2113-4) qui porte sur l'exécution des travaux de dépollution venting-sparging ; • D'une partie traitée à prix unitaires (conformément à l'article R2112-6-1°) qui porte sur l'exécution de quantités supplémentaires (ouvrages ou campagnes, notamment) à mettre en oeuvre, en dehors des quantités prévues au forfait. Ces prestations seront exécutées en tant que de besoin par l'émission, au fur et à mesure, de bons de commande conformément aux articles R 2162-1 à R 2162-6 et R.2162-13 et -14 du Code de la commande publique. - Sans montant minimal en quantité ou en valeur ; - Avec un montant maximal de 30 000,00 Euros HT. Le délai global d'exécution prévisionnelle du marché public projeté est le suivant : treize (13) mois à compter de l'OS de démarrage. Ce délai comprend : Préparation administrative, QHSE et technique : 4 à 6 semaines ; Installation du procédé : 2 à 3 semaines ; Exploitation et réception : 6 mois de traitement et 1 mois pour l'effet rebond ; Démantèlement, repli et remise en état : 1 à 2 semaines.
