La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner le titulaire du marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre de Rénovation des Appareils de Voie HAL1 et HAL2. Les prestations MOE à réaliser par le titulaire concernent les domaines suivants : - la voie ferrée (conseil en respect des guides de conception et préconisations SEMITAN sur les rails, appareil de voie, voie ballast, …), - la signalisation ferroviaire, - la ligne aérienne de contact (conseil en respect des principes et matériels Semitan, y compris les fondations de supports LAC), - les courants forts (énergie de traction électrique, feeders d'alimentation, …), - les courants faibles (caméras, switches, fibre optique, etc), - les réseaux multitubulaires, - la signalisation lumineuse de trafic, - les aménagements de voirie (VRD, assainissement, mobilier urbain, …).
