Le présent dossier PRO-DCE a pour objet la mise en conformité, l'entretien et la restauration partielle de l'église Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption de Meudon située dans le quartier de Bellevue. Il s'agit de traiter les sujets spécifiquement soulevés par l'occupant du monument et la Maîtrise d'ouvrage, respectivement la paroisse et la direction de la construction et du patrimoine bâti de la ville de Meudon. Le projet a pour enjeux : - La restauration du clocher dont le parement de pierre est très largement touché de pulvérulence et de desquamation ; - Le traitement des remontée capillaires qui détériorent la peinture et les enduits à l'intérieur de l'église ; - La mise en valeur de la façade principale, support d'un projet artistique, par le biais d'un nettoyage ; - La remise en état des façades en retour visibles depuis la rue ; - La réfection de la clôture ; - La réfection du sas de l'entrée principale en façade Ouest ; - L'amélioration de l'accessibilité PMR depuis l'extérieur localisée au niveau de l'entrée secondaire en façade Sud ; - La mise en conformité de certains équipements techniques et installation d'une alarme anti intrusion compris contrôle d'accès.
