Minor Works Framework for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (Lot 1) and Building Fabric (Lot 2) Projects

The Bank of England is establishing a closed framework for minor works construction and maintenance services covering upgrade and refit projects across its properties. The procurement is split into two lots: Lot 1 for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, and Lot 2 for building fabric works. Between 2 and 4 suppliers will be appointed to each lot. Individual work orders will be delivered through call-off contracts covering survey, design, build and commissioning. The framework will run for 4 years, with an anticipated start date of 01/02/2027. The estimated total value of all call-off contracts is up to GBP 1.5 million including VAT per annum for each lot.
