Das Kantonale Laboratorium und das Pharmazeutische Kontrolllabor sind im «Salvisberg-Gebäude» in Bern untergebracht. Da der Bau erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf aufweist, wer-den die beiden Institutionen an einen neuen Standort im Areal Bernapark in Deisswil / Stettlen umziehen. Damit die beiden Laboratorien ab Mitte 2028 den Betrieb in den neuen Fläche aufnehmen können, wird das 3. Obergeschoss und Teile des 2. Obergeschosses auf dem Areal Bernapark im Gebäude 28 umgebaut.    Leistungen: BKP 242 - Heizungsanlagen Umfasst die Anpassung und Erweiterung der Heizungsanlagen im Mieterausbau. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über die bestehende Arealenergiezentrale, die Wärmeverteilung nutzerseitig über neue bzw. angepasste Heizungsleitungen und Heizkörper. Zusätzlich werden Lufterhitzer für die Lüftungsanlagen (Labor, Büro, Nebenräume) integriert. Inklusive aller notwendigen Verteilleitungen, Armaturen, Dämmungen sowie Einbindung in die Gebäudeautomation. BKP 246 - Kälteanlagen Umfasst die Kälteverteilung vom bestehenden Arealkältenetz bis zu den Verbrauchern in den Mietflächen. Versorgt werden Lüftungsanlagen, Umluftkühler, Kühlkonvektoren sowie Kühldecken in Labor- und Bürobereichen. Die Ausführung beinhaltet alle Kälteleitungen, Verteiler, Regelarmaturen, Abgabesysteme und Unterstationen zur Systemtrennung. Die Kälteabgabe erfolgt raum- und bedarfsgerecht.
