Das Kantonale Laboratorium und das Pharmazeutische Kontrolllabor sind im «Salvisberg- Gebäude» in Bern untergebracht. Da der Bau erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf aufweist, werden die beiden Institutionen an einen neuen Standort im Areal Bernapark in Deisswil / Stettlen umziehen. Damit die beiden Laboratorien ab Mitte 2028 den Betrieb in den neuen Fläche aufnehmen können, wird das 3. Obergeschoss und Teile des 2. Obergeschosses auf dem Areal Bernapark im Gebäude 28 umgebaut.   Leistungen:   BKP 250 Sanitäranlagen (Allgemeine Sanitärapparate, Spezielle Sanitärapparate, Ver- und Entsorgungsapparate, Sanitärleitungen, Dämmungen, Uebriges) -   Das Gebäude ist im Grundausbau mit einer ausreichenden Infrastruktur für die Kalt- und Warmwasserversorgung des Laborbaus ausgerüstet. Auch das häusliche Schmutzabwasser kann direkt an die bestehenden Fallleitungen angeschlossen werden. Als Mieterausbau muss die gesamte Wasseraufbereitung erstellt werden. Im Bereich der Laborabwasser muss die notwendige Infrastruktur ebenfalls als Mieterausbau realisiert werden. Im 3. OG wird eine Sanitärtechnikzentrale realisiert.
