Das Kantonale Laboratorium und das Pharmazeutische Kontrolllabor sind im «Salvisberg-Gebäude» in Bern untergebracht. Da der Bau erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf aufweist, wer-den die beiden Institutionen an einen neuen Standort im Areal Bernapark in Deisswil / Stettlen umziehen. Damit die beiden Laboratorien ab Mitte 2028 den Betrieb in den neuen Fläche aufnehmen können, wird das 3. Obergeschoss und Teile des 2. Obergeschosses auf dem Areal Bernapark im Gebäude 28 umgebaut.   Leistungen:  BKP 244 - Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen Beinhaltet die komplette Erstellung neuer Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen für Labor-, Büro- und Nebenraumbereiche. Die Anlagen stellen definierte Luftwechsel, Raumtemperaturen sowie im Laborbereich Be- und Entfeuchtung sicher. Ausgeführt werden Zu- und Abluftanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung (KVS, Rotations- oder Plattenwärmetauscher). Für die Verteilung wird ein Kanalnetzen mit den nötigen Armaturen, Regel- und Brandschutzkomponenten zur Erschliessung der Laborräume und deren Einrichtungen sowie Büros und Nebenräumen erstellt. Die Anlagen sind bedarfsgeregelt und an die MSRL-Technik angebunden.
