Товар постачається за заявкою Покупця (окремими партіями), протягом 3 календарних днів з дня отримання заявки (за допомогою будь-яких засобів зв’язку). Поставка товару здійснюється на умовах DDP (Інкотермс-2020) - склад Покупця. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до норм постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 (зі змінами) та постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» (зі змінами). Постачальник не пропонує товари походженням із Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. У тендерній пропозиції ціна подається без урахування податку на додану вартість. Оцінка тендерних пропозицій здійснюється за ціною тендерної пропозиції без урахування ПДВ незалежно від системи оподаткування учасника. У сумі договору про закупівлю повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість. Розрахунки здійснюються на умовах післяоплати, у безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахунку коштів на рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів з дня підписання видаткової (-их) накладної (-их) та/або акту (-ів) приймання-передачі Товару, при наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця та по мірі надходження фінансування.
