Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної Товару. В разі відсутності фінансування Замовника протягом вищезазначеного періоду оплата здійснюється протягом 3 (трьх) робочих днів з моменту надходження Замовнику відповідних коштів, але не пізніше, ніж 90 днів після отримання Товару Місце поставки Товару на умовах DDP - склад Замовника (відповідно до вимог Міжнародних правил «Інкотермс-2010») до 15.00 годин у робочі дні (понеділок-п’ятниця) за адресою: - КНТ «ДРУГЕ ВІННИЦЬКЕ ТМО», вул. Київська, буд. 68, м. Вінниця; - КНТ «ДРУГЕ ВІННИЦЬКЕ ТМО», вул. Синьоводська, буд. 142, м. Вінниця Строк поставки Товару: до 31 грудня 2026 року. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями протягом 2-х (двух) робочих днів згідно з заявкою Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника.
