Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 2° et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique (marché ayant pour objet des services sociaux). Par application des articles L2113-10 et L2113-11 du Code de la commande publique, il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots dès lors que l'objet ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec maximum. Le seuil maximum des prestations pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre est de 400 000 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et les prestations seront réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme de 48 mois à compter du 01/01/2027, ou de sa date de notification si postérieure, et jusqu'au 31/12/2030 maximum
