Medical Aid Insurance for CBS Staff at the British High Commission Maputo

The British High Commission in Maputo is seeking a medical aid insurance service provider to deliver comprehensive medical aid and healthcare access for approximately 199 beneficiaries, made up of locally engaged staff and eligible dependants. Services cover inpatient and outpatient care, access to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and specialists across Mozambique, overseas treatment where specialist care is unavailable locally, emergency medical evacuation and assistance, claims administration, reimbursement and pre-authorisation, customer support, account management, member communication and performance reporting. The provider administers the scheme and manages the healthcare provider network. The contract runs for an initial 36 months with an option to extend by up to 12 months.
