The Guinness Partnership Limited is looking to procure six multi-disciplinary, regional contracts carrying out servicing, repairs and installations of both domestic and communal Mechanical & Electrical, and Plumbing (water) systems. The disciplines will include, but not be limited to, air conditioning, ventilation, laundry, renewables (optional), Door Entry, Automatic Doors, Barriers & Gates, Warden Call, CCTV, TV Aerials, BMS and Fall Arrest systems for Mechanical & Electrical contracts, and water, sewage and sump pumps, boreholes for Plumbing (water) contracts.
