Description
The works required are to complete an investigation into the condition and the repair works required to the steeple roof above the main entrance to the school.
A cost will be required for a designed scaffold access tower enabling access to all four sides of the roof, roofing operatives and materials to complete the repair works and a double boarded scaffold fan to sit over the main entrance for an agreed amount of time whilst the specification for the actual works is completed.
