Постачання товару здійснюється Постачальником по заявкам Замовника у робочі дні (з 8:00 до 15:00 год.) за адресою: КЗ КОР "Спеціалізований обласний будинок дитини м. Біла Церква" 09100; м. Біла Церква, Київська область, вул. Добровольчих батальйонів (Крижанівського), 6. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку фінансування Договору, яка сталася не з його вини. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платіж.
