Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII у редакції № 114-IX від 19.09.2019 з урахуванням особливестей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування затверджених Постановою КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178, Категорія замовника: відповідно до п.3 ч.1 ст. 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Джерело фінансування - кошти бюджету Хмельницької міської територіальної громади. Під час подання тендерних пропозицій та створені даних, особа, яка має повноваження щодо підпису документів тендерної пропозиції, повинна пройти електронну ідентифікацію в електронній системі закупівель за допомогою кваліфікованого підпису (автентифікацію) (тобто обов’язково накладається КЕП на пропозицію в електронній системі закупівель). Замовник не приймає до розгляду тендерну пропозицію, ціна якої перевищує очікувану вартість закупівлі
