This tender covers the supply of road petroleum bitumen: BND 70/100 and BND 50/70, compliant with DSTU 4044:2019 or DSTU EN 12591:2017, delivered in bulk. The goods must be delivered in batches at the supplier's expense, according to the customer's order within 3 working days of receiving the request. The goods may not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran, in line with Ukrainian government resolution No. 822. Bidders confirm the origin of the goods by submitting their offer.
