De OWO-gemeenten (Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf en Opsterland) bereiden een nieuwe aanbesteding voor de maatwerkvoorziening Wmo Groepsbegeleiding (dagbesteding) voor. Tijdens de vorige aanbestedingsprocedure is perceel 3 (Groepsbegeleiding) uiteindelijk niet gegund, omdat de ontvangen inschrijvingen niet leidden tot een voldoende dekkend zorglandschap voor onze inwoners. Om de continuïteit van ondersteuning te waarborgen, zijn met de huidige aanbieders overbruggingsovereenkomsten gesloten. Deze overbruggingsovereenkomsten lopen af op 31 december 2027. De OWO-gemeenten streven er echter naar om de nieuwe overeenkomsten voor groepsbegeleiding al per 1 juli 2027 in te laten gaan. Om de markt vroegtijdig te betrekken bij de voorbereiding van deze nieuwe aanbesteding organiseren wij een marktconsultatie. Tijdens deze bijeenkomst informeren wij u over het vervolgproces en gaan wij graag met u in gesprek over kansen, aandachtspunten en randvoorwaarden voor een toekomstbestendig en dekkend aanbod van groepsbegeleiding binnen de OWO-gemeenten.
