Market survey (RFI) on needs and design of a bus depot in the Bergen area

Vestland county municipality plans to build a new bus depot at Storavatnet in the Bergen area. Skyss is inviting bus operators to provide input on the design of the facility, aiming for a good working environment, good functionality, correct sizing and efficient operation. A joint team meeting is scheduled for Friday 28 August from 09:00 to 10:30, with registration by email to Ole.Hallvard.Harlem.Dyrbekk@skyss.no. Written feedback can also be sent to the same address by 1 September 2026. An attached document contains Skyss' estimates of the number and types of buses expected at the depot, plus a table of functions for which operators should indicate which are mandatory requirements, desirable requirements and required capacity.
