Market dialogue: Framework agreement for medical consumables

OFA IKS invites suppliers to a market dialogue ahead of a planned procurement of a new framework agreement for medical consumables. The dialogue aims to provide insight into standard market solutions, range breadth, delivery capacity and measures to secure stable deliveries during supply disruptions. OFA IKS particularly seeks input on establishing a common core range with a high degree of standardisation across the municipalities, while accommodating necessary local exceptions. The dialogue will help design a realistic and competitive tender suited to the municipalities' combined needs. Suppliers may attend short dialogue meetings in Kristiansand or via Teams, and must submit written answers to the questions in the questionnaire tab. A draft specification, price form and award criteria are attached.
