La présente consultation concerne le choix d'un (ou de plusieurs) intervenant(s) (sociétés d'assurance et personnes habilitées à présenter des opérations d'assurance en vertu du Code des assurances) pour la souscription de 2 polices d'assurances liées aux activités de la SERS, à savoir : Lot 1 : RESPONSABILITE CIVILE (PROFESSIONNELLE - EXPLOITATION - MAITRE D'OUVRAGE - PROPRIETAIRE D'IMMEUBLE) Lot 2 : RESPONSABILITE CIVILE DES RISQUES ENVIRONNEMENTAUX La présente consultation est une procédure adaptée ouverte, conformément au 1° de l'article R.2123-1 du Code de la Commande Publique. Après avoir sélectionné les candidatures, le Pouvoir adjudicateur examinera les offres dans la perspective de déterminer l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse, à l'aide des critères énoncés à l'article 5 du règlement de la consultation. Une négociation pourra alors être entamée si le pouvoir adjudicateur l'estime nécessaire. Le ou les marchés pourront toutefois être attribués sans négociation.
