Marché de travaux d'implantation de bornes de sécurité dans la Ville de L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue Procédure adaptée ouverte (art L2123-1 et R2123-1 1°du CCP) Marché ordinaire composé d'une tranche ferme et de 3 tranches optionnelles art R2113-4 à R2113-6 du CCP Les prestations sont réglées à prix mixtes : volet forfaitaire pour les prestations d'implantation de bornes, volet à prix unitaires avec montant maximum annuel de 30 000 euro(s) HT pour prestations ponctuelles (réalisation de formation, intervention technicien pour maintenance curative) Le marché prend effet à sa date de notification et s'achève à l'expiration de la garantie de parfait achèvement La tranche ferme (implantation de bornes sur 6 sites) devra être réalisée au plus tard le 31/12/27. Les tranches optionnelles (implantation de bornes sur 3 sites (TO1), sur 2 sites (TO2) et sur un site (TO3) devront être respectivement réalisées au plus tard les 31/12/28 (TO1), 31/12/29 (TO2) et 31/12/30 (TO3). Elles doivent être affermies
