Prestations de nettoyage et d'entretien des bâtiments communaux de la ville de l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumise aux dispositions des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du CCP. Accord-cadre mono attributaire exécuté dans les conditions fixées en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum et sans remise en compétition lors de l'attribution des bons de commande. Montant maximum de l'accord cadre: Période 1 : 400 000 euro(s) HT Période 2 : 200 000 euro(s) HT Période 3 : 200 000 euro(s) HT Le marché prend effet à compter du 1er février 2027 pour une durée initiale de 2 ans. Il est reconductible 2 fois par période de 12 mois. Sa durée totale ne peut excéder 4 ans Les prestations seront traitées à prix mixtes via un volet forfaitaires correspondant à des prestations qui seront commandées très régulièrement, et un volet à prix unitaires correspondant à des prestations commandées de manière ponctuelles et moins fréquentes
