Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d'une équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre chargée de la conception et du suivi de la réalisation des travaux de réhabilitation, d'aménagement et de transformation de l'ancien Hôtel Viliard en Centre Médico-Social, jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement (GPA). Le projet vise à adapter le bâtiment existant aux besoins fonctionnels d'un Centre Médico-Social, en intégrant les exigences règlementaires en matière de sécurité incendie, d'accessibilité des personnes handicapées, de performance énergétique et de qualité environnementale. Il s'agit d'un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre infrastructure soumis aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique (article L 2430-1 et suivants et article R 3431-1 et suivants). L'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est de 1 333 333 euro(s) HT
