L'EHPAD de Prayssac a fait l'objet d'une opération d'extension et de restructuration il y a quelques années, avec une consultation travaux lancée en mars 2022. Lors de cette opération, les travaux relatifs à la réfection de certaines toitures de l'établissement n'ont pas été réalisés. Ces travaux de toitures sont aujourd'hui remis à l'ordre du jour, en raison de plusieurs non-conformités rendant ces travaux nécessaires.
