La Ville de Biarritz est propriétaire du Casino Municipal, bâtiment d'environ 15 000 m², comprenant notamment des espaces affectés à l'exploitation des jeux, des salles publiques dédiées à l'organisation d'événements, des locaux commerciaux, la piscine municipale et des parties communes. Des investigations menées à l'occasion d'une opération de rénovation des vestiaires de la piscine municipale ont mis en évidence plusieurs pathologies structurelles et d'étanchéité (corrosion de poteaux et piliers, atteintes aux planchers, infiltrations, désordres d'étanchéité de terrasses). Le diagnostic a depuis été étendu à l'ensemble du volume piscine du bâtiment (Nord du passage couvert). La Ville de Biarritz souhaite confier à un groupement de conception-réalisation la définition et l'exécution de l'ensemble des mesures correctives et travaux nécessaires. Le contexte détaillé de l'opération sera exposé de manière exhaustive dans le cahier des charges de la phase 2. TF:Volume du casino municipal situé au Nord du passage couvert, y compris celui-ci. Le volume s’entend de son dallage le plus bas y compris la dalle de la toiture terrasse et son renforcement (y compris reprises diverses sur verrière intégration de structures d’accroches pour chapiteau provisoire, bornes foraines, réfection du dallage, étanchéité, isolation…), et les bassins de nage. TO001: Suppression de la verrière prisme. Le titulaire devra garantir la création de l’apport lumineux zénithal et de désenfumage du volume de piscine. Cette tranche intégrera également toutes adaptations de la terrasse rendues nécessaires pour une exploitation commerciale optimale, avec création d’un escalier d’évacuation de secours complémentaire de 2 UP côté Boulevard De Gaulle.
