Description

Le projet prévoit la construction d'une extension destinée à accueillir de nouvelles surfaces techniques, comprenant notamment une salle technique et deux locaux énergie dédiés aux équipements opérationnels. Cette extension permettra également la réorganisation et la réhabilitation de locaux existants afin d'améliorer les conditions de travail des agents, d'optimiser les espaces tertiaires et techniques et de préparer les évolutions futures des installations de la DGAC. L'opération se déroule sur un site aéroportuaire sensible et occupé, dont le maintien en conditions opérationnelles constitue un enjeu majeur. Les travaux devront ainsi être conçus et réalisés en garantissant la continuité de service des installations de navigation aérienne et en limitant les impacts sur l'activité des services exploitants. L’opération « Extension du bloc technique de Cayenne » comprend donc : • la construction d’une extension neuve d’environ 260 m² de surface de plancher, destinée à accueillir des équipements techniques électriques et informatiques. Cette extension sera raccordée au bâtiment existant et nécessitera la réalisation des aménagements extérieurs et réseaux associés (VRD) ; • la réhabilitation et le réaménagement partiel de locaux existants afin de créer ou moderniser des espaces techniques et tertiaires, représentant une surface utile cumulée d’environ 500 m². Le présent marché porte sur les prestations d’assistance technique à la maîtrise d’oeuvre en génie électrique nécessaires à la réalisation de ces deux volets de l’opération
