Description

Le présent marché a pour objet une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (AMO)pour la reconversion de l'ancien groupe scolaire de la Commune de Prunelli-di-Fiumorbu. La mission comprend deux volets contractuels : Mission A - Mise en oeuvre prioritaire 2027, relative notamment à la future Maison des associations et à l'étude de faisabilité d'un appartement ; Mission B - Étude de faisabilité et programmation du projet principal, comprenant notamment la crèche, l'ALSH, les besoins périscolaires, l'accueil de l'IME et l'organisation globale du site. Les deux missions sont engagées concomitamment, la Mission A constituant la priorité opérationnelle. Les Missions A et B constituent des composantes d'une même mission et non des marchés autonomes. Le détail des prestations est défini dans le Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande" (avec maximum à 10 000,00 euros HT) Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.
