Der Regionalplanungsverband Brugg Regio lanciert zusammen mit dem Kanton Aargau ein Pilotprojekt zur Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Einführung einer Versorgungsregion Brugg im Bereich der Alters- und Langzeitversorgung. Ziel ist der Aufbau einer koordinierten, regional abgestimmten Versorgungsstruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit der bestehenden Koordinationsstelle Alter, den Gemeinden sowie weiteren lokalen Akteuren, gestützt auf das Konzept für die Pilotphase und die Gesundheitspolitische Gesamtplanung des Kantons Aargau. Die Leistungserbringung wird als Mandat ausgeschrieben. Das Pilotprojekt dauert 3 1/2 Jahre. Zentrale Punkte in der Ausschreibung A. Leistungsbeschreibung Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Versorgungskonzepts für eine künftige Versorgungsregion Brugg Aufbau der Zusammenarbeit mit der bestehenden Koordinationsstelle Alter und den weiteren lokalen Akteuren Erstellen einer Meilensteinplanung Erarbeitung eines Wegweisers für die Bevölkerung zur Versorgungsregion Entwickeln eines Monitorings zur Versorgungsregion Entwicklung und Führung von statistischen Grundlagen und weiteren strategischen Aufgaben Beratung der Gemeinden und Akteure der Versorgungsregion Stakeholder-Management (Gemeinden, Leistungserbringer, Kanton) Verfassen von Stellungnahmen zu politischen Vorstössen und Gesetzesvorlagen Berichterstattung gegenüber der Arbeitsgruppe Gesundheit und dem Vorstand von Regio Brugg Planung einer Verankerung der Versorgungsregion und deren Organisation nach der Pilotphase oder Abschluss des Projekts B. Projektziele & Meilensteine Jährliche Evaluation des Projektverlaufs an den Vorstand von Brugg Regio Periodische mündliche Berichterstattung und Diskussion des Projektverlauf mit der Arbeitsgruppe Gesundheit (=Projektsteuerung) von Brugg Regio Meilensteine gemäss Konzept zur Pilotphase Abbruch- oder Anpassungsklauseln C. Governance Die Vergabe erfolgt durch den Vorstand Brugg Regio auf Antrag der Arbeitsgruppe. Brugg Regio führt die Buchhaltung für das Pilotprojekt, Budgetverantwortung beim Mandatsträger und Arbeitsgruppe. Die Projektbegleitung wird durch die Arbeitsgruppe wahrgenommen. In der Arbeitsgruppe ist eine Vertretung der Verwaltung, welche den Zugang zur Verwaltung der beteiligten Gemeinden sicherstellt und beratend für Verwaltungsabläufe zur Verfügung steht.
