Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird eine Anbieterin gesucht, die die Gemeinde Höri, Abteilung Bau und Infrastruktur, für die nächsten fünf Jahre (2027 bis und mit 2031), in folgenden Fachbereichen fachlich und administrativ unterstützt: ▪ Kernprozess, fachliches und administratives Baubewilligungsverfahren (Baurecht) ▪ Fachbereich Brandschutz (exkl. periodische Feuerungskontrollen) ▪ Fachbereich Liegenschaftsentwässerung ▪ Fachbereich baulicher Zivilschutz ▪ Ausführungskontrollen (Baukontrollen) ▪ Verfahrenskorrespondenz Die künftige Dienstleisterin wird für die Beurteilung von Baugesuchen und das Verfassen von Baubewilligungen im Anzeige- und im ordentlichen Verfahren verantwortlich sein. Dies umfasst die Fachbereiche Baurecht, Feuer- und Baupolizei sowie Liegenschaftsentwässerung. Sie ist zuständig für feuerpolizeiliche Abnahmen bei Veranstaltungen. Ein weiterer Bestandteil ist der bauliche Zivilschutz. Die Anbieterin unterstützt die Abteilung Bau und Infrastruktur bei baurechtlichen und technischen Anliegen und Fragen und führt die bau- und feuerpolizeilichen Kontrollen durch.
