Постачальник для гарантування виконання своїх зобов’язань за договором перед Замовником щодо забезпечення безперебійного (ритмічного) постачання продуктів харчування, у тому числі у період надзвичайних ситуацій, зумовлених зокрема відключенням електропостачання, НАДАЄ ГАРАНТІЙНИЙ ЛИСТ (У ДОВІЛЬНІЙ ФОРМІ) ДО МОМЕНТУ ПІДПИСАННЯ ДОГОВОРУ."
